Because the products we ship are perishable, we ask our customers to please inspect your order upon reception immediately. If you received the wrong item or the item is spoiled, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Per US laws perishable items are non returnable. However we take pride in quality and trust and if you are not happy for some reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make you whole!
Please make sure someone is home to pick up/accept the package and immediately put it in the freezer for later consumption. We are not responsible for any packages left unattended once they have been delivered to your shipping address. Meat may thaw in transit and as long as the meat is cold to the touch, it is in good condition!
